StoryYou Silence Cut Pro

Find the pauses. Keep the flow.

Speed up dialogue editing in VEGAS Pro with silence detection and editing in one interface. Adjust the silence threshold and minimum duration, then protect the beginning and end of each phrase with customizable padding.

Review the detected regions and choose how to edit: remove selected silent sections, remove all detected silence while leaving gaps, or close the gaps by shifting subsequent events across all tracks together.

Spend less time searching for pauses in interviews, tutorials, and spoken content—and more time shaping your story.

Requires VEGAS Pro and FFmpeg.
